Angalamman Kaanikkai Rituals and Offerings
(Available both online and in-person)
At Angalamman Shakti Peedam, sacred rituals are performed with deep devotion to invoke Amman’s Divine Grace, remove vighnas (obstacles), and bring harmony. From powerful Homams (fire offering) for Pitru Shanti (peace of ancestors) to Abhishekam (offering) that connects you with Angali Amman, each powerful seva (offering) is rooted in ancient traditions. Every pooja is an opportunity to connect with the Amman and receive her boundless anugraha (blessings).
Pitru Homam (Ancestral Offerings)

Devotees can submit the names and details of their departed ancestors, friends, or relatives through the online form and donation, after which their details will be included in the next Amavasya Homam at Thenkudi.

Gho Seva - Sacred Service to Divine Cows
At the Thenkudi Angalamman Shakthi Peedam, over 40 cows and calves are lovingly cared for as part of our Gho Seva initiative. The milk obtained is exclusively used for temple rituals such as Abhishekam and for feeding the underprivileged.
Commitment to Protection & Care
Unlike commercial dairy farms, our Gosala ensures that even non-milking (udder-dried) cows are nurtured and protected, preventing them from being abandoned or sent to slaughterhouses. These sacred beings are given lifelong care, in alignment with dharmic principles.
Participate in Gho Seva & Receive Divine Blessings
Supporting Gho Seva is an act of great punya, bringing the blessings of Ma Nandini and Kamadhenu, ensuring prosperity for you and your future generations.
Ways to Contribute:
- Daily Fodder Cost: ₹8,000 ($111)
- Maintenance & Caretaker Expenses: ₹2,000 per day ($51)
- Annual Hay Bundles: Devotees can participate by donating towards the stocking of hay bundles, which is most economical right after harvest season.
